Country-specific forecasts are contributed by local research institutes. Euroconstruct offers forecasts and analyses that help companies in the construction industry plan effectively and accurately for the year and beyond.

Data

Euroconstruct provides timely, detailed, and harmonized forecasts for the construction industry in 19 European countries. The data covers a seven-year period, including three forecasting years. In addition to the main segments – residential construction, non-residential building construction, and civil engineering – data is also available for more detailed segments (e.g., buildings for education, road construction, and energy infrastructure), and distinguishes between renovation and new construction.

To assess economic conditions and market potential, Euroconstruct also compiles data on overall economic performance, labor market and population figures, inflation rates, and interest rates.

The quality and comparability of the data is ensured by independent research institutions in each country, bringing together expert knowledge of their markets.

Data and additional ad-hoc analyses on current topics in the construction industry are published in semi-annual reports (Country Report and Summary Report). At the semi-annual Euroconstruct conference, the new forecasts are presented and put into perspective by experts. Discussions on the current issues in the European construction are enriched with data and broad expertise. The conference provides a platform for exchange among industry players, consultants, and other stakeholders.
