Together with Balsillie School of International Affairs, the Laurier Centre for Economic Research & Policy Analysis (LCERPA) and the University of Auckland, KOF is organising a workshop on “The Economics of Central Banking”.
The workshop will take place on 21–22 October 2016 at the KOF Swiss Economic Institute, ETH Zurich.
During the workshops international economists discuss different aspects around the economics of central banking. There will be for instance presentations about “The Monetary Transmission Mechanism and Financial Intermediation”, “Evolution or Revolution in Policy Modelling? Integrating the Financial Sector and Forecast Evaluation” or “The Choice and Design of Monetary Policy Strategy” and many more.
