Dr Martin Wörter was awarded the title of professor by the ETH Board at its meeting of 13/14 December 2017 in response to the proposals received from the President of ETH Zurich, Prof Lino Guzzella.

Dr Michael Siegenthaler, from the KOF Swiss Economic Institute of ETH Zurich receives the 2017 SIAF Award. The labour market expert is being honoured for his outstanding dissertation on the subject of "The Swiss Labour Market."

The project analyses how Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) can improve the income of the youth in low- and middle-income countries.
